Ly Orrock

Integrative Psychotherapist

Portland rd & Westbourne st, Hove BN3

About Me

I'm an integrative psychotherapist based in Brighton & Hove, working with adolescents and adults. I offer a supportive and affirming space where you can explore your experiences safely.

How I Work

Everyone's journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to suit you. Some people prefer to talk things through, while others find creative approaches like art, writing, or movement helpful. Spending time in nature can also bring a sense of calm and grounding. Whether we're talking, creating, or connecting with nature, my aim is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported.

My Experience

I have extensive experience as a psychotherapist, including five years as a senior art psychotherapist in the NHS, working in both child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and adult mental health. I've supported individuals across schools, charities and in private practice.

Inclusive and Affirming Therapy

I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, refugees, people with disabilities, and those living with chronic illness, as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, ED and other mental health challenges. My practice is GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity) trained and kink-positive, ensuring you feel accepted as you are.
