About me

Hello, my name is Andrew. I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

I started my journey towards becoming a counsellor back in 2009 when I studied Person Centred Counselling at the University of Brighton. I loved it so much that I went on to do a BA Honours Counselling course at the University of Greenwich, which covered various different modalities across the counselling spectrum. The whole experience of becoming a counsellor has been life changing, and I am extremely passionate about providing clients with a safe space, as well as a supportive therapeutic relationship.

I am fully insured and I abide by the ethical code of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), of which I am a registered member of.

My qualifications include a BA Honours degree in Counselling and a Foundation degree in Person-Centred Counselling.

In private practice I create a versatile and person-centred environment, where I can offer support in an empathetic, congruent and non-judgemental way.
