Founded in 2017 as a therapist-run service, we provide bright, contemporary, and comfortable therapy rooms designed with both therapists and clients in mind. Our spaces are perfect for counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, supervision, and small CPD groups.

 

Having the right environment is the foundation for growth and positive change. It's important as a therapist to find the right space to work from. ​​

We have four contemporary, bright and spacious therapy rooms, situated in an excellent location in Hove. ​​Three therapy rooms at our Portland Road service and one therapy room at out Westbourne Street service

We have a diverse team of registered practitioners that use our space, we host get-togethers for peer support, connection and as a way for client referrals. We also understand that it can take time to build a private practice, that's why we offer promotion of your services on our therapist directory page. ​
