About me
Hi, my name is Michelle. With 25 years practice, I am a highly qualified and accredited Psychotherapist, Couples counsellor and experienced Supervisor.
I work by helping adults, through individual therapy or couples counselling, to find a way forward by exploring your experiences, to help you make sense of your life and to find a way forward to live a more authentic and balanced life.
As well as working in private practice, with relationships, anxiety, depression and existential issues, I also worked within the hospice movement for 25 years, working with life limiting illness and bereavement.
