Ian Caley; Addiction Specific Therapist

MSc Addiction Psychology & Counselling; MBACP; Addiction Professionals Advanced Practitioner

About me

Hello, my name is Ian. Welcome.

I’m an integrative therapist and I specialise in helping people to talk through their issues with drink and drug use. I do this from two perspectives; an academic one- I have a Masters in Addiction Psychology & Counselling, but probably more importantly, I also have a lived experience of turning my own addiction around. I’ll listen to you, and I’ll probably relate to your story. I’ll work with you in identifying what change might look like for you, why it is you are drinking and/or using the way you are, and we will explore the other unsettled areas that come up as we unpick our way through your story. Life doesn’t have to feel unmanageable or unbearable.
